The CMENT 1-2-1 Email application is designed to provide end users with access to HTML email templates that they can customize to meet their needs, but lock down other aspects of your brand (logos, complied content etc.)

The templates that the users are using are centrally controlled resources, therefore, all branding, text, colours and other brand standards are controlled by you and cannot be altered by the end user. This ensures brand continuity and compliance for your outbound HTML emails.

Additionally, the CMENT 1-2-1 Email application allows you to repurpose and include any content available on your website for inclusion in a template. Examples of this would include RSS feeds, rates, links, product information and contests.

Because the backbone of the templates are in HTML, it is easy to embed contest and tracking information directly into the email. Additionally, we can provision you with specific information to help you analyze your results using your existing log analyzer.

Easy to install and completely integrated with MS Outlook email, the CMENT 1-2-1 Email application is easily added through a to your desktop, then it is automatically inserted into MS Outlook as a button. Once selected, the user can select from any one of the customized templates that you provide.

Each instance of the application is customized to ensure that only the sales force intended can view and send the branded email.
