The CMENT Signature Tool is designed to provide end users with a pre-formatted email signature. The signature template(s) are centrally controlled resources, therefore, all branding, text, colours, logos and other brand standards are controlled by a central team and cannot be altered by the end user. This ensures brand continuity and compliance for your outbound emails. The only information the end user can change is their personal address information.

If a user has more than one role within an organization, they can select different signature templates based on the role they are in when completing the email.

Easy to install and completely integrated with MS Outlook^TM email, the CMENT Signature Tool is easily added through a downloadable object, then it is automatically inserted into the users MS Outlook as a button.

Once selected, the user simply completes an online form with their personal information. That information is then embedded into your complied, locked down signature.
